I received my product yesterday. Overall I like the keyboard. However, I feel I received a used product not a new product. The stitching is coming apart on the product. Also, the part that holds the ipad is severely stretched as if someone put something in it too big so now it does not hold my IPAD2 well at all. The keypad magnetics doesn't work well, it keeps falling off. They should also have som`e kind of ledge, as the other products do. I have to lean it on my command keys because it just doesn't always stay standing up in horizontal view.

I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to this product. I did contact seller to see about exchanging this product for a new product but have received no response as of yet. I just feel I received something used. My keyboard letters worked fine.
I will wait and see, if no response, I will be returning.
